The information we use for your coaching.

When you submit a coaching enquiry, Cheshire Golf Academy uses the details you provide to review your goals, contact you about the enquiry and manage any resulting coaching relationship.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, current handicap, golfing goals and any programme preference you provide. Player records may also contain goal-form answers, practice feedback, lesson dialogue, agreed practice plans and measured golf-test results. We may also record the campaign or page that led you to the form so we can understand which marketing is useful.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries and to plan, deliver and review your coaching. Private player records are restricted to the coach. A personal goal invitation attaches answers to the invited player’s record. Your personal practice link lets its recipient view the approved plan and submit feedback. Send each personal link only to the intended player. We do not sell your personal information.

Coaching tools

John uses Skillest for coaching conversations and videos. He may use ChatGPT to help organise lesson notes and prepare draft practice materials from the information you share. John reviews the coaching instructions before sending them. Please speak to John if you would prefer your notes not to be used with an AI assistant. Share only information relevant to your golf, and discuss private health matters directly with John.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed. Coaching-client records may be kept for longer where they are needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you, or withdraw your consent to further contact.
